It’s academic year n°2 for Dauphine’s Global Bachelor’s Madrid!


GBD Madrid opened its doors in September 2016 at university UC3M’s Gefate campus and welcomes this september its second cohort of students!

In September 2014, Dauphine launched its first Global Bachelor’s program in London. Two years later, in September 2016, encouraged by London’s resounding success, the university decided to expand the program to Madrid.

GBD Madrid, under the aegis of Paris-Dauphine, is hosted at UC3M-Universidad Carlos III, Madrid’s prestigious International School and can take advantage of both the university's faculty and infrastructure. Classes are taught primarily by UC3M faculty, in both English and Spanish. Students have access to all UC3M campus facilities and activities. GBD Madrid students benefit from an immersive Spanish academic, linguistic and social experience.

The new cohort of 35 first-year Bachelor’s students will join GBD Madrid’s first cohort of 27 students, now in the second year of their Bachelor’s program.

The 2017-2018 academic year will begin on Tuesday, September 5th 2017 with an opening event in the presence of Isabelle Huault (President, Université Paris-Dauphine), Sabine Mage (Vice President Academics and Student Life, ), Renaud Dorandeu (Director of the Bachelor’s in Organization Sciences Department) , and Virginie Srecki (Head of the GBD Madrid program) as well as Mr. Carlos ROMO (Rector UC3M) and His Excellency Mr. Yves Saint-Geours, Ambassador of France to Spain.
