ATALIAN meets with Paris-Dauphine students
As part of its Global Partnership with Université Paris-Dauphine, ATALIAN, the European leader in outsourced global services to companies and government administrations, came talk about its Graduate Program. Franck Aimé, ATALIAN’s Chief Human Resources Officer and members of the Executive Committee were there too!
The presentation was punctuated by testimonials from ATALIAN employees and Dauphine Alumni. ATALIAN also participated in Dauphine’s Forum Entreprises.
ATALIAN’s prestigious "Graduate Program" welcomes graduates with a specialized Master’s degree. Once selected, participants (who are hired with a long-term CDI contract) go through a 12-month integration program during which they discover the group, its culture, organization, and the scope of functions and jobs available. Participants hold two different 6-month positions, the first as Facility Management Project Manager in the Corporate Strategy Department, and the second as Internal Auditor in the International Department. Upon completing the program, candidates undergo the internal interviewing process before being offered a position, depending on availabilities, their aspirations, skills, and performance.
Examples of positions open to Graduate Program participants: Business Unit Manager, International Management Controller, Deputy Zone Director, Project Manager, or positions in support functions such as Finance, Procurement, HR, or IT.
Challenging and made-to-measure, ATALIAN’s Graduate Program offers exciting opportunities:

- Significant responsibilities for someone just starting their career
- Rich and varied career perspectives
