Third annual Dauphine Alumni Mentoring initiative. 100 mentor-mentee tandems formed this year. A record
For the third consecutive year, students who are members of Dauphine Alumni had the opportunity to participate in the Alumni Mentoring initiative. Mentees benefit from one-on-one coaching by Dauphine alumni from a broad scope of professions and industries. Zoom in on a growing trend.
Mentoring aims to help students develop their professional skills in a specific area, and better understand employer expectations and professional trends in industries that interest them, while benefiting from the advice and experience of those who went before them.
How does it work?
Alumni and students receive a questionnaire designed to better understand their profiles, their expectations and goals, and their areas of expertise. Once the questionnaires are completed, the Alumni Mentoring Initiative puts together mentor-mentee tandems.
Last November 23rd, for the launch of the 3rd annual Mentoring Initiative, we passed the 100 tandem mark – and celebrated it with a cocktail reception. The program is a real success in particular because it brings together alumni and students who would otherwise not necessarily have the opportunity to meet.
A hearty thanks to all of our Alumni who offered to be mentors and who volunteer their time for our students!
