POWER, NO POWER: an exceptional Master Class with Claudia Zulian, around the screening of his latest film; organized  in collaboration with the Musée du Jeu de Paume.

To mark the opening of his first retrospective exhibition at the Musée du Jeu de Paume, Claudio Zulian will give an exceptional Master Class at Université Paris-Dauphine on Thursday, October 24th at 5:30 pm (lecture hall 1 – access at the back of the courtyard, to the left at the bottom of the wooden staircase).

The Master Class is organized thanks to the Dauphine/Jeu de Paume partnership program.

Following the screening of his latest film, POWER, NO POWER, produced in collaboration with the Aulnay-sous-Bois high-school students, Claudio Zulian will discuss his work in general and more particularly the creative process for POWER, NO POWER, a year-long collaborative project in which the Aulnay high school students contributed to both script-writing and directing.

Claudio Zulian is an Italian-born video artist, composer, playwright and teacher. Over the past 25 years, he has built a corpus of unique film works centered on the representation of territory, power and self-concept. His work has lead him from the Carmel neighborhood of Barcelona to the socially devastated areas of Northern France, Romania, Aragon in Spain and to Saint-Denis, France.
